Scholarship

The Central Illinois Chapter for Healthcare Engineers (CICHE), and affiliated chapter of the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE), is pleased to announce the application period has opened for the 2023 annual scholarship. This year CICHE will be awarding two (2) scholarships in the amount of $1,500 each to an aspiring healthcare planning, design, construction, biomedical engineering, or operations/maintenance professional. Application acceptance will begin immediately and the deadline for submission is Friday, October 20, 2023. The scholarship committee will review applications and the scholarships will be awarded to the recipients at the annual CICHE meeting held on November 8, 2023.

Scholarship winners 2023

This year, CICHE awarded two scholarships in the amount of $1,500 each to two amazing students who have a career objective in an aspiring healthcare planning, design, construction, biomedical engineering, or operations/maintenance career.

Congratulati0ns to Silas Parrott and Elias Nasr for receiving the 2023 Central Illinois Chapter of Healthcare Engineers (CICHE) scholarship. Silas is a Preconstruction Intern with Pointcore Construction and a student at ISU. Elias is a Electrical Engineer Intern with Keith Engineering Design and is a student at Bradley University. Way to go Silas and Elias!
